Returns Policy

Due to order/product being a bespoke item made to customer requirements, we do not accept any returns unless we have made a spelling error with your text/personalisation requirements as specified within your order or a defect in the material used.

All returns must be notified within 7 days from taking receipt of products.

Please contact us with your complaint so we can offer you a replacement or refund.
