Shipping policy

Majority of orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48, but in some cases, orders may need to be posted by FedEx couriers due to size and weight.

Dispatch times will vary dependent on the delivery service being used so please allow 3 working business days for Royal Mail to reach you, once items are dispatched.

Working lead times are the number of working days that your product (order) will take to be produce. Our currently working lead times are 5 - 7 working days.
